All-natural, Organic and Vegan
Did you know 80% of massage services use oils & lotions that are not healthy for you, full of chemicals and synthetics, causing skin damage and breakouts?
That’s why we provide massage & bodywork services using gluten-free, organic, and vegan massage oils, creams*, scrubs, and masks infused with healing herbs & therapeutic essential oils. Our products are made locally in Colorado by Golden Poppy Herbal Apothecary & Clinic and Red Bird Naturals: Herbal Body Care.
*Some creams & masks are made with beeswax & Colorado honey. Vegan options available, please make a note when scheduling your appointment.
We use eco-friendly laundry detergent, recycle, bike to work (when it’s not freezing out!), plus other fun, sustainable business practices. We support bicycling in Fort Collins and love living in a Platinum Bicycle Community. Mariah has enjoyed volunteering at FC Bike Library, Bike Fort Collins, City of Fort Collins Safe Rides to School Program, FC Moves, and FC Bike Co-op.

*Did you know that Licensed/Registered Massage Therapists in Colorado are not required to take continuing education and that the majority of them are not Board Certified? Board Certification is voluntary and requires extra coursework and commitment to qualify for, at least 750 hours of training total, whereas state licensing only requires 500 hours. I’m proud to say I’ve completed over 1046 hours of training through my commitment to providing excellent services, over-qualifying me for Board Certification. I want you to make informed decisions about who you choose as your Massage Therapist, we’re not all made the same!
Thank you for choosing Gaia Essentia Holistic Massage & Bodywork!
